摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a frozen food having improved keeping quality after thawing the food and provide a frozen food produced by the method. <P>SOLUTION: A perishable food such as fresh vegetable, fish and shellfish is blanched with hot water containing a bacteriostatic agent, drained, cooled, packaged together with an aqueous solution of a bacteriostatic agent, sealed and frozen to obtain the frozen food.
