<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seat tether anchor structure increasing flexibility in vehicle designing. <P>SOLUTION: The child seat tether anchor structure 12 is furnished with a first end tether anchor 21, a second end tether anchor 22, an intermediate tether anchor 23, a tether 24 for fixing and a car body installing member 25 having a height adjusting structure 26. The child seat tether anchor structure 12 is fixed on both of a car body frame 18 and a frame 16 and it is favorably provided to move between a storing position and a developing position.
