<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating the tack time by operation process-kind, corresponding to a product to be assembled and manufactured by taking into consideration the operation elements which are common to product types. <P>SOLUTION: An operation process executed in an assembly and manufacturing line to be processed by a plurality of operators is classified into operation elements from the result data of the operation process, and an operation element learning curve, obtained by calculating an operation time corresponding to each operation element, is prepared for every operator; and a product to be assembled and manufactured in the assembly and manufacturing line is selected; and when operators who should process the process are selected, the operation time in the scheduled accumulation operation number of times is calculated from the operation element learning curve for the operator of the operation process, and the calculated operation time is totaled for every product; and a predetermined arithmetic operation is performed based on the totaled time so that the tact time of the operation process, corresponding to the product to be assembled and manufactured, can be calculated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
