<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device having a structure reducing an arc generated between a conveyance table roller before and after the induction heating device, and a material by an induced current of the material heated by the induction heating device. <P>SOLUTION: This induction heating device is provided with a main body of the induction heating device heating the whole material to be heated and the conveyance table roller 1 arranged before and behind it. The conveyance table roller 1 comprises a main body 5 of the conveyance table roller, a bearing 4 supporting it and a drive motor 2 driving the conveyance table roller 1. The main body 5 of the conveyance table roller comprises a stepped roller provided with a central large diameter part 7 and small diameter parts 8 at its ends. The width of the central large diameter part 7 is set to be less than about 1/3 of the full width of the material to be heated, and insulating layers 9 are formed on the surfaces of the small diameter parts 8 on the both ends. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
