PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instruction device particularly suitable for a beginner at low cost, which enables the acquisition of essential techniques of recognizing surrounding scenes accurately and instantaneously, predicting a danger based on the recognition, making an appropriate judgment, and implementing a proper operation. SOLUTION: Simulation devices generally of the same size as the steering and operating devices disposed around a driver's seat are made and mounted on a support in front of a front passenger seat in such a manner that the simulation devices are operated in the way similar to the actual steering and operating devices, maintaining the same positional relations as the actual steering and operating devices in the space allowed for the front passenger seat.
