PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe capable of measuring interaction with an organic material with simple configuration and stable and high reproducibility, a manufacturing method of the probe, and a measuring method and measuring device for intermolecular action using the probe. SOLUTION: This probe used for an atomic force microscope includes a probe element 3 interacting with a sample and a cantilever 2. The probe element 3 includes an organic molecule 5 immobilized by chemical bond through sulfur atom. This probe is used to constitute a measuring method or measuring device for measuring the interaction with an organic molecule fixed onto a substrate, and a means extremely useful, particularly, for measurement of a biotip or the like which has attracted attention in recent years can be provided.
