PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite in which a pulverized crosslinked silicone rubber is uniformly dispersed in a thermoplastic resin, and to provide a pulverization method. SOLUTION: To a melt-kneading region 4, a crosslinked silicone rubber crude powder 12 having a particle size of 5 mm or less through a first supply arrangement 9 and a thermoplastic resin 13 through a second supply arrangement 10 are supplied. In the melt-kneading region 4, the thermoplastic resin is melted by external heating by a temperature-controlling apparatus 7 and shearing heat generation by shearing stress to make a melt-composite including the crosslinked silicone rubber crude powder, which is transported to a first cooling region 4a, in which the thermoplastic resin is cooled and solidified to make a solid phase composite. Then, the solid phase composite is subjected to high shearing stress in a first solid phase shearing region 5 and a second solid phase shearing region 6. At the same time, it is subjected to forced cooling by the temperature-controlling apparatus 7 to be repeatedly ground in the solid phase, discharging a pulverized composite from an outlet 1b.
