SKIN CARE PREPARATION FOR EXTERNAL USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation efficiently inducing metallothionein production at subcutaneous sites through enhancing the percutaneous absorbability of a metallothionein-productive/inducing metal complex by external application. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation is developed by finding that both the percutaneous absorbability and intracellular intake efficiency of the metallothionein-productive/inducing metal complex are significantly increased by using the metal complex and a surfactant in combination. Thus, the skin care preparation for external use is characterized by containing both of the metallothionein-productive/inducing metal complex and the surfactant. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
