PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair quality ameliorant that is related to hair quality amelioration for gradually correcting frizzy hair by repeated treatment, useful as a cosmetic in the field of cosmetics, also usable in the field of quasi medicines, or the like, has no chemical smell getting on user's nerves during or after treatment, slight damages to the hair after treatment and corrects frizzy hair without dryness.
