<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling uniform lighting by a direct back light module using a spot light source. <P>SOLUTION: The direct back light module is equipped with a plurality of spot light sources, a reflector which reflects light beams of the plurality of spot light sources, and a diffusion layer which has a plurality fine reflection parts scattered on its surface. The diffusion layer is characterized in that the area occupation rate of the fine reflection part group decreases radially from the center part close to the spot light sources.
