<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate dispensation operation even when a dispensing element is newly mounted or exchanged. <P>SOLUTION: The dispensing element 10 for dropping a sample or a reagent can be mounted/dismounted, and is equipped with a calibration part 72 for calibrating the dispensation position of the dispensing element 10. The calibration part 72 detects the dispensation position based on a read image by an image reading device 6 when performing dispensation on a prescribed position on a table 2 by the dispensing element 10, and calibrates the dispensation position based on a base point which is a standard on the table read simultaneously.
