<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal bellows pipe compound hose capable of suitably exhibiting deformation restraining effect of a hose along the longitudinal direction without a phenomenon that a reinforcing layer is peeled and separated, and thereby capable of achieving excellent lifetime when a metallic wire is braided as a reinforcing wire material and the reinforcing layer is prepared. <P>SOLUTION: In the metal bellows pipe compound hose 10 having the metal bellows pipe 20 as a permeable barrier layer of transferred fluid and the reinforcing layer 30 prepared by braiding the reinforcing wire material comprising the metallic wire, braiding density of the reinforcing layer 30 is equal to or lower than 55% and equal to or higher than 6%.
