<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prepare a composite form file which can be simply printed out on an form original in an optimum printing setting state. <P>SOLUTION: In the data processor for preparing a prescribed form file from inputted form original image information and printing out the form file by a printer 19, a CPU 10 extracts an object constituting a form by analyzing form original image information, previously generates a form file including a field for inputting a prescribed data on the basis of the extracted object, discriminates an attribute of each extracted object, prepares a printing environment storing file for setting a printing mode to be set in the printer 19, and then prepares a composite form file on the basis of the form file and the printing environment storing file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
