PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure effectively utilizing a wall type structure and a frame structure. SOLUTION: An upper layer story is formed of the wall type structure section 60, and a lower layer story is formed of the frame structure section 70. A connecting section between the wall type structure section 60 of the upper layer story and the frame structure section 70 of the lower layer story is formed of a reversed beam structure consisting of a beam section 20 and a floor section 10. Earthquake resistance is thereby increased, the lower layer story can ensure a big span used for a parking space or a store and, at the same time, the large space required in the case the upper layer story is used for a dwelling can be ensured.
