PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press mold for molding an inorganic plate of a novel constitution which can faithfully transfer an uneven pattern of a master on a cement extruded sheet. SOLUTION: This press mold 10 is configured of an FRP mold member 11 with an uneven pattern 11a which is a reversal of the uneven pattern of the master, spreading over one surface of the member 11; a woody substrate 12 fixedly laminated on the other surface of the member 11; and a metal reinforcing sheet 13 fixedly laminated on the back of the woody substrate 12. The metal reinforcing sheet 13 has a hole or a gap opened through the face/back of the sheet 13 and the back of the woody substrate 12 is exposed to the back side through the hole or the gap. In addition, a plurality of through-holes 15 opened through the uneven pattern surface of the FRP mold member 11 from the exposed part 14 of the woody substrate 12.
