Valve also comprises replaceable reducer preferably formed ceramics. Flange unions connected to reducing valve provide transition from reducer orifice having small diameter to pipe having larger diameter. The pipe is communicated with oil refining equipment. Flange union has metal body with through channel in which ceramic member is arranged. Through channels of the ceramic members are preferably conical and have diameters gradually increasing from outlet orifice of reducing valve to inner orifice of the pipe. ^ EFFECT: increased service life. ^ 41 cl, 15 dwg
