FIELD: medicine, anesthesiology, resuscitation, neuroanesthesiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should introduce dalargin by the following scheme: on dissecting dura mater at the dosage of 20 mcg/kg/h constantly till occlusion of the vessel under operation. During occlusion one should increase the dosage up to 45-55 mcg/kg/h for 25-50 min. Then the dosage should be decreased up to the primary one. Then dalargin should be introduced till the end of operation period. The innovation leads to adequate protection of cerebral tissue during the main stage of operation - the removal of aneurysm. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 1 ex |
