The jack has a connection unit (4) connected with a rack. A sealing unit (3) has an intermediate annular part (11) with a support side (13) located on a lateral wall of a piston (2). A flange and a groove horizontally connect the part with an insert (10). An annular joint (14) tightly contacts with a lateral outer side of the part and a cylinder`s inner wall, and an annular groove horizontally connects the joint and the part.
