PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein measuring precision is deteiorated by the fluctuations in the resonance frequency of a quartz vibrator caused by various causes, in a biosensor device. SOLUTION: Magnetic fine particles 42 as a labelled substance are used to apply a magnetic field 22 to the labelled substance caught by the sensor film 11 of the quartz vibrator 1 to change the intensity thereof to change the bonded state of the labelled substance and the quartz vibrator 1 and a target substance is determinated from the frequency change quantity synchronous to the above change.
