PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption refrigerating machine capable of using both a low temperature exhaust heat and a high temperature exhaust heat and having excellent cooling efficiency. SOLUTION: This absorption refrigerating machine comprises a condenser 5, an evaporator 6, an absorber 1, a high temperature regenerator 2, a middle temperature regenerator 3, and a low temperature regenerator 4. The middle temperature regenerator 3 comprises first heat exchangers 31a and 31b inputting a heat quantity held by a gaseous phase refrigerant (steam) regenerated by the high temperature regenerator 2 into an absorbing solution and second heat exchangers 32a and 32b for inputting the exhaust heat.
