PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding container capable of enhancing the rigidity and the strength of a bank part formed on a bottom part, and enhancing the rigidity and the strength of the folding container, accordingly. SOLUTION: In the folding container, a pair of side walls 2 facing each other are hinge-connected to bank parts 1a formed on one pair of ridge parts facing each other of a bottom part 1, and a pair of side walls 3 facing each other are hinge-connected to a pair of bank parts 1b formed on the other pair of ridge parts facing each other of the bottom part. A corner rib b1 as a bank part reinforcing member B1 is arranged on a corner part N1 formed of a lower face 1c2 of a bottom plate 1c and an outer face 1d1' of a fitted peripheral wall 1d1 to constitute a fitting part 1d formed on the bottom plate.
