PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run flat wheel which can prevent a tire from being damaged to a reuse impossible degree by a road surface and the run flat wheel when an air leakage of the tire occurs, and can suppress the run flat wheel itself from being damaged at the same time with the air leakage of the tire. SOLUTION: This run flat wheel 1 is constituted of a separate body from a wheel 4 having the tire, and is fitted on a vehicle 5 together with the wheel 4 having the tire. The run flat wheel 1 is located outside of a tire internal space 6, comprises an annular member of a rigid body, and has an outer diameter which is larger than the outer diameter of the wheel 4 of the wheel 4 having the tire and smaller than the outer diameter of the tire 3 when an air internal pressure is applied.
