PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of underpants designed to have tubes into which air can be put so that the underpants can be adhered to a human body for preventing washing water from leaking out of the human body, allow the washing water to run down therein for washing off feces and urine, and dry its inside, which is simple in structure, prevents losing water shut off ability when air is put into the tube, and detects presence of feces and urine, and sweatiness. SOLUTION: A tube 1 around a waist is formed to extend toward a human body's height direction, round 360 degrees, and return to the waist position. A zip fastener 11 is attached to the tube of the human body's height direction, which allows a waist adjustment by pulling up and down its zipper. A tube 3 provided around legs and along a torso are made of less stretchy materials. And also a humidity sensor is provided, from which a signal is obtained.
