[PROBLEMS] To provide: a modifier which improves the moldability of a polyester resin in melt molding, especially injection molding, extrusion molding, profile extrusion molding, direct blow molding, or calendaring, and can improve mechanical properties while maintaining transparency; and a molded polyester made with the modifier. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The modifier is characterized by comprising a noncrystalline polyester resin (I) and a reactive compound (II) which contains two or more glycidyl and/or isocyanate groups per molecule and has a weight-average molecular weight of 200 to 500,000.
