PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea garden-controlling carriage, capable of being used without a trouble even in the case of having a difference in height of a pair of rails, and capable of easily performing a work of transferring the tea garden-controlling carriage on the rails for one furrow to the rails for another furrow by one person. SOLUTION: This tea garden-controlling carriage (1) traveling on the left and right pair of rails (7) laid by astriding the furrow (5) in the tea garden (3) is characterized by consisting of a supporting frame (11) for attaching implements such as a tea-picking machine, a level-cutting machine, a disinfecting device, and a left and right pair of leg parts (15a)(15b) equipped with wheels (13) at their lower ends, attaching the upper end of each of the leg parts to the supporting frame so that each of the leg parts becomes freely rotatable in right angle direction to the length direction of the rails at the supporting frame, and installing a locking means (31) for locking each of the leg parts against the supporting frame in a desired angle between the supporting frame and each of the leg parts.
