PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve designability by detachably, easily, and inexpensively forming a reinforced glass pane decorated and treated so as not to be spattered. SOLUTION: The reinforced glass pane 4 detachably is fixed to the front plate part 2 of the external member of a body 1 incorporating a heating means and an air blowing means, and a decorative treatment is applied to the rear surface of the reinforced glass pane 4.
