PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrally molded moving member capable of preventing collision with a shaft rod or some other moving parts. SOLUTION: The moving member has a hub (1) rotating around its axis; and a transmission or rolling rim (3) designed to make contact with the moving member or a fixed member. The hub (1) and the transmission or rolling rim (3) are intercoupled through a separating member (2), and the separating member (2) is arranged such that the rim is movable relatively with the hub (1) according to a spring action of the separating member (2).
