METHOD AND COMPLEX FOR DETECTING AN EMERGENCY SITUATION AND THE EFFECTS THEREOF

The inventive method consists in arranging on a pilotless aircraft means for observing an emergency situation region, including means operating in an optical and/or infrared range, co-ordinate determining means and means for transmitting observation data and co-ordinates through a radio communications channel. Means for remotely controlling said pilotless aircraft and means for receiving data of observation of the emergency situation region and the co-ordinates thereof through a radio communications channel are placed on a monitoring and control station. Means for eliminating the effects of the emergency situation are mounted in a manned aircraft. The inventive complex comprises means for receiving from the pilotless aircraft or from the monitoring and control station data of observation of the emergency situation region and the co-ordinates thereof, data of the co-ordinates, flight altitude and the flying speed of said pilotless aircraft and means for displaying said data to the crew of the aircraft which is provided with means for eliminating the emergency situation effects.
