<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an electronic component not undergoing delamination and having high reliability and high dimensional accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises the step of forming a ceramic green sheet 4 by applying a first ceramic slurry 2 to a support 1 and applying a second ceramic slurry 3 to the first applied ceramic slurry 2, the step of forming a conductor layer 5 on the ceramic green sheet 4, the step of making a ceramic green sheet laminate 6 by laminating a plurality of such ceramic green sheets 4 each having such formed conductor layer 5 and heating the assemblage, and the step of firing the ceramic green sheet laminate 6, wherein the difference between the solubility parameter of the first ceramic slurry 2 and that of the second ceramic slurry 3 is 2 or larger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
