PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video image content editing system which can edit and transmit a video image content in relation to a figure, etc. of a photographing object/transmitting object. SOLUTION: The video image content editing system includes one or more video image input unit, a prestage editing processing unit for processing the output of each video image input unit, a figure specifying unit for specifying the figure for each output of the prestage editing processing unit, a content editing unit for editing the output of the prestage editing processing unit, a poststage editing processing unit for editing the output of the prestage editing processing unit, a figure information controller having request data for reproducing data (data showing the contents of figure information control authority) regarding the limit of the reproducing of the figure and every distributing destination information, and a distributing means for distributing the output of the poststage editing processing unit.
