PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a town which has a strong crime prevention system that is sustainable for a long period by establishing not only private crime prevention system but also relationships between residents helping each other within their residential environments with keeping each privacy toward various crucial crimes and other crimes such as children and the weaks suffer in the socially isolated and locked-up residential environments. SOLUTION: In an area crime prevention aimed living group which consists of neighboring houses, all the houses of the group are connected by house terminals with a wireless sending/receiving function in order that a crime prevention status of each house can be recognized mutually.
