PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a user to whom information should be presented, and to provide only necessary information when the user exists in a place where the user is able to surely acquire the information. SOLUTION: A user is identified by photographing by a camera 101, and it is recognized that the specific registered user is near the camera, and information is presented through an information notification means such as a monitor 102 or a speaker 104 to the user. Also, information in an RFID tag with which the user is dealing is read by an RFID recognizing part 120, and the information related with the information in the RFID tag is collected from an external network 130 through a network connecting part 112 by an information retrieving part 111. The date which is appropriate for the presentation of the information or the information to be presented are decided by an information processing part 109, and when the user is photographed by the camera on the date when the presentation of the information is scheduled, the information is presented to the user.
