PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchanging efficiency by restricting increase of flow of a first fluid flowing in a passage of a peripheral part, in regard to a multilayered heat exchanger having a passage in the peripheral part of a heat exchanger core. SOLUTION: A projecting part 23 or a recessed part 24 is formed in the inner wall of a part of tube sheets 6 and 7, in which the tube sheets 6 and 7 form a peripheral passage 25. In comparison with a case of straightly forming the peripheral passage 25 without providing the projecting part 23 or the recessed part 24, flow resistance in the peripheral flow passage is increased, and flow of the first fluid can be increased in a range inside the peripheral flow passage 25, in which the heat is mainly exchanged.
