摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid fuel combustion device for reducing the dispersion of an air ratio including fuel flow amount dispersion and air flow amount dispersion. SOLUTION: This air ratio control method comprises a step of controlling the flow amount of combustion air to be at a predetermined air ratio so that, when the flow amount of liquid fuel is a predetermined fuel flow amount, yellow flames are started to emerge from the front ends of blue flames as combustion flames in the predetermined fuel flow amount, a step of determining the fuel flow amount in which the yellow flames are actually started to emerge from the distal ends of the blue flames and fixing it as the flow amount of the liquid fuel while identifying the condition of the flames after controlling the flow amount of the combustion air, and a step of setting an air flow amount to be at a predetermined air ratio in normal use after fixing the flow amount of the liquid fuel.
