<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device such as a liquid crystal display in which such an angle-of-view dependency that brightness differs depending on an angle of viewing an image is eliminated, and to provide electronic equipment provided therewith. <P>SOLUTION: In the reflective or transflective electro-optic device 100, a TFT array substrate 10 is provided with scanning lines 3a, data lines 6a, pixel transistors 30, and pixel electrodes 9a, and the TFT array substrate 10 is provided thereon with a 1st resin layer 13a which forms projections for forming ruggedness, a 2nd resin layer 7a which covers the 1st resin layer 13a and is to be formed with a rugged pattern based on the ruggedness forming projections of the 1st resin layer 13a, and a light reflecting film 8a formed on the rugged pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
