PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact amplification circuit capable of reducing power consumption in a distortion compensation circuit and increasing dynamic range of output for compensating distortion. SOLUTION: A capacitor 4 and a transmission line 5 are connected to a signal line in parallel as a passive circuit. The gate of a plurality of source-drain ground structures FET6-8 is connected to one end of the transmission line 5. And a control voltage is applied to a common connection point (gate bias terminal) 103 of the gate of the source-drain ground structure FET6-8, thus suppressing the deterioration of the phase characteristics and distortion characteristics of an amplifier at an output level.
