PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method for a tire for further accurate analysis of wear performance. SOLUTION: This method includes a model setting step S1 for dividing the tire into finite element to set a tire model having a tread pattern part, a wear simulation step S3 for acquiring a wear characteristic of the tire model by performing a simulation of rolling the tire model on an imaginary road surface based on a boundary condition fixed in advance, and a model correcting step S4 for correcting the tire model into a wear state by recessing a tread surface of the tread pattern part based on the wear characteristic.
