<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact nonradiative dielectric line, a high frequency transmitter-receiver and a radar using the same which has a low connection loss between a plurality of dielectric lines laminated vertically and stable characteristics and is easy to manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: The nonradiative dielectric line H1 has dielectric lines 4, 5 laid between flat plate conductors 1, 2 and between flat plate conductors 2, 3 laid in parallel with a spacing of 1/2 of the wavelength of a millimeter wave signal, respectively, the two dielectric lines 4, 5 located above and below the conductor 2 between them intersect at a spot where the fields of their standing waves in the LSM mode are high, and the flat plate conductor 2 has through-holes 2a at the intersections.
