PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for a cylindrical core capable of preventing deviation and detachment of the core by the volume change by heat addition during heat treatment in formation of resin film, a method of manufacturing a polyimide resin endless belt and a method of manufacturing a fixed belt. SOLUTION: A holder 10 for a cylindrical core 12 holding both ends of the core in formation of a resin film on the core comprises two holding members 14 holding both ends of the core, a shaft member 16 connecting the two holding members 14 and a shifting means shifting the holding spacing between the two holding members 14 in the axial direction of the core 12 according to a volume change by heat addition of the core.
