PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a trouble of managing each connector apparatus having a control function, and to make the number of part items as small as possible. SOLUTION: A flexible wiring board 20 on which an IC 11 is mounted is formed with address-setting patterns 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d. Depending on addresses to be set, the flexible wiring board 20 is punched out to cut the predetermined address-setting patterns 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d. Depending on how the address-setting patterns 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d have been cut, signals of either low or high level are input to the IC 11 as signals for setting signal input addresses.
