PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a frame capable of facilitating fixing of a bar support material to be a bar support and capable of reducing the working tact time required for fixing the bar support material in manufacture, and to provide the frame. SOLUTION: A back plate part 12, side plate parts 14, 16 and the bar support 18 are punched out from a single metal sheet in a state where they are continued to each other. Thereafter, a twisted part 18C of the bar support 18 is bent by an angle of about 60°to 70°against a plate surface of the side plate part 16. Thereafter, a carrier part 18B of the bar support 18 is bent roughly at the right angles against the plate surface of the side plate part 16. Thereafter, a boundary part of the back plate part 12 and the side plate parts 14, 16 is bent roughly at the right angle and the side plate parts 14, 16 face against each other. Thereafter, each of end parts in the lengthy direction of a bar support main body 18A of the bar support 18 is respectively calked on calking parts 14A, 16A of the side plate parts 14, 16 by mechanical pressing.
