PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular behavior control device realizing the control without any sense of incongruity for a driver while suppressing unstable vehicular behavior caused by the remaining inertia force as a lane is changed. SOLUTION: An actual deceleration detection means detects the actual deceleration of a vehicle. A target deceleration operation means operates the target deceleration. A turning kind determination means determines the turning kind. An automatic deceleration control means starts the automatic deceleration control when the target deceleration is larger than the first target deceleration. If it is determined that the turning kind of the vehicle is the returning turn before the predetermined time is elapsed after the automatic deceleration control is completed, the automatic deceleration control is started when the target deceleration is larger than the second target deceleration below the first target deceleration.
