PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate movement and installation, and to dispense with electric power and fuel for injecting washing water. SOLUTION: This washing device is installed in an installation place in a non-installation state, at least driving wheels of the automobile B are placed, and a pump 3 for injecting the washing water is operated by rotation force of a roller 2 rotated by driving rotation of the driving wheels in the placed state.
