<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply/exhaust decorative panel having a smaller package form and reduced manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The resin air supply/exhaust decorative panel comprises torsion springs 8 provided at two opposed places on the back face with locking legs 10 opening and extending from the ends of torsion ring portions 9. It is elastically suspended and supported by the locking legs 10 of the torsion springs 8. A holding structure 12 with two inside and outside holding pieces 17, 15 for holding the torsion ring portions 9 of the torsion springs 8 between both sides in the axial direction is integrally formed on the back face. A supporting pin 13 laterally inserted between the inside and outside holding pieces 17, 15 of the holding structure 12 is inserted through the torsion ring portions 9 so that the torsion springs 8 are held by the holding structure 12 in the state of the locking legs 10 being protruded to the side of the back face.
