CYLINDRICAL RUBBER MOLDING AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical rubber molding in which a reinforcing fiber layer is formed at a low cost on manufacturing a product with a different outer diameter by using the same extruder without changing a stage of a cross-head.

SOLUTION: The cylindrical rubber molded body 10 comprises an inside rubber layer 12, the reinforcing fiber layer 14 and an outer rubber layer 18 and the reinforcing fiber layer 14 comprises at least two layers of a topping mono-cord layer that is a spiral winding of the mono-cord 16 and 17 by forming a turning up part D at the end part in the axis direction R and the mono-cord layers having two layers constitute the fiber reinforcing layer with a bias structure wound as a spiral form as respectively an inverse direction and the topping mono-cord in which a recession cord recesses at the same angle with an intrusion cord at the turning part.
