PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a RTM molding method capable of injecting and filling a resin in a short time without generating a bias or turbulence of reinforcing fibers and a RTM molding apparatus. SOLUTION: The resin transfer molding method comprises impregnating a matrix resin 12 into a reinforcing fiber layer 10 arranged at a molding cavity in a molding die 1 and heating and hardening it. The reinforcing fiber layer 10 and the matrix resin 12 are charged into the open molding die 1, the charged matrix resin 12 is developed on the surface of the reinforcing fiber layer 10 in the molding cavity according to the clamping of the die and the matrix resin 12 developed after the die clamping is impregnated into the reinforcing fiber layer 10.
