PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a adsorption type natural gas fuel storage device of which storage amount does not drop even if the same is used repeatedly. SOLUTION: This adsorption type natural gas fuel storage device has a natural gas storage tank provided with a natural gas supply opening 11 and a natural gas discharge opening 12. The natural gas storage tank is provided with a first tank 31 filled with adsorbent with pore of the maximum diameter, a second tank 32 filled with adsorbent with pore of diameter next to that of the adsorbent filled in the first tank, a third tank 33 filled with adsorbent with pore of diameter next to that of the adsorbent filled in the second tank, and the fourth tank 34 filled with adsorbent with pore of the minimum diameter. The first tank, the second tank, the third tank and the fourth tank are connected in series via gas passages in an order from the natural gas supply opening and the natural gas discharge opening side.
