PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a veneer sheet capable of decorating a curved surface which can be pasted even when an area to be decorated is a three-dimensional curved surface having a large unevenness of the curved surface under a state wherein the texture or the feeling of a natural wood surface of the veneer sheet is sufficiently maintained, and is strong, and on which splits, ruptures and cracks are hard to occur. SOLUTION: This veneer sheet capable of decorating the curved surface is obtained by the below-mentioned seven processes. The first process is a conversion process in which a working raw material W1 of a shape being suitable for butting work is obtained from a material wood W1. The second process is a boiling process in which the working raw material W1 is boiled. The third process is a slicing/stripping process in which a veneer raw material 2 is obtained by thinly slicing/stripping the working raw material W1 which has gone through the boiling process. The fourth process is a pre-treatment process for the veneer raw material in which the veneer raw material 2 is dry-cured. The fifth process is a lining material preparing process in which an adhesive 4 for bonding the veneer raw material 2 is applied on one surface of a separate lining material 3 made of a paper. The sixth process is a thermal press-bonding process in which the lining material 3 and the veneer raw material 2 are thermally press-bonded on a bed plate 5. The seventh process is a product releasing process in which the veneer raw material 2 having the lining material which is integrated with the lining material 3 is released from the bed plate 5.
