MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FINE PATTERN SHOWING MICRORINGS OR MICRORODS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern of microrings or microrods showing a microscale cyclic structure from a material having electronic/optical functionality and biocompatibility or a structure having this pattern by a simple equipment or process taking no cost. SOLUTION: A film forming technique of a honeycomb porous thin film using waterdrops as a casting mold is used as a fundamental technique and a phase separation and thermal transfer method are combined with this technique to obtain the structure having a cyclicity other than a honeycomb structure, that is, a structure having the microring or microrod pattern by the degree of a heating temperature or the structure having this pattern.
