PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a loudspeaker by preventing the application of a forced load on the loudspeaker mounting-surface side. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the loudspeaker, the loudspeaker 14 is fixed under the state in which the loudspeaker 14 is fitted into a loudspeaker frame 20 formed on the loudspeaker mounting surface 10c. The mounting structure of the loudspeaker has a pair of projecting sections 21, which are formed under the state, in which the loudspeaker frame 20 is held between the projecting sections 21, and in which thread grooves are formed to inner peripheral surfaces, a pushing member 22 being formed to a pair of the projecting sections 21 in a stretchable manner and pushing the loudspeaker 14 from a rear and screw members 23 capable of being screwed to a pair of the projecting sections 21 under the state in which the pushing member 22 is held between the screw members 23. The pushing member 22 has a tabular section 30 formed in a tabular shape, arm sections 31 being formed so as to be extended in the outer edge direction of the loudspeaker 14 from both-side sections opposed to the tabular section 30 and being capable of being deformed elastically in the pushing direction and pushing sections 32 being formed at the front ends of the arm sections 31 and pushing the outer edge section of the loudspeaker 14.
